Doug Emmerich, Employing Broker, Owner, REALTOR®   

Doug Emmerich has extensive career experience in real estate brokerage, relocation management, and sales and marketing that has been continuous since 1976. Through directly serving individuals and overseeing the delivery of direct services by colleagues and associates, Doug has helped thousands of families and individuals make Colorado home or sell their Colorado home. He has provided counseling and home-finding orientation sessions for more than 40 group moves.  

Doug’s personal experience in real estate brokerage, relocation management, relocation mortgage account development and household goods movement has uniquely positioned him to evaluate the service credentials of the professionals invited to work with Colorado Relocation Professionals. He founded the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council, was a co-founder of the Utah Relocation Council, was the 2003 RE/MAX Mountain States Region Managing Broker of the Year and has served on the Boards of Directors of several professional and volunteer organizations.  

Doug is also recognized as an expert real estate instructor. The Colorado Division of Real Estate has authorized him to teach several courses, including: The Colorado Real Estate Commission’s Annual Commission Update (4 hours); National Association of REALTORS® Ethics (3- and 4-hour versions); Beyond Contract Competency (4 hours); Contract and Forms Changes (as needed 1 - 3 hours).

Mary Lou Emmerich, Associate Broker, Owner, REALTOR®   

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Co-owner Mary Lou Emmerich had extensive career experience that included Fortune 500 corporations and relocation management companies. In 2012, Mary Lou joined Doug in founding Colorado Relocation Professionals, fulfilling the dream of working together in helping individuals and businesses navigate the incredible journey of buying and selling real estate property. Mary Lou and Doug are pleased their daughters, Emily and Sarah, have joined what is now a family business. All are committed to delivering a professional and uniquely personalized experience for each of the company’s clients.

Emily L Davis, Associate Broker REALTOR®   ​​

After a 12-year marketing career developing and executing strategic national and international marketing campaigns with a Fortune 500 company, Emily realized her passion for helping people was much closer to home and decided to join Colorado Relocation Professionals as an Associate Broker.  “I grew up in the business, watching my dad work with clients to help them buy or sell a home and always wanted to hear the details of each experience”, stated Emily. “That’s one of the things I love most about real estate – how unique each client and their set of needs are. And to be a part of those experiences is a true honor”.  With her sister, Sarah, Emily markets as one of the Davis Sisters.  

Sarah M Davis, Associate Broker, REALTOR®   

Associate Broker and REALTOR® Sarah Davis, the other Davis Sister, also has extensive career experience in the corporate world, having worked at Fortune 500 companies and the Federal Reserve Bank. She rose through the ranks of a major U.S. company to a C level chief of staff position.  Her analytical acumen and experiences there transfer well to the real estate business. Sarah is compassionate and understanding and is deeply committed to guiding clients through the many steps of a successful real estate transaction. With Emily she markets as one of the Davis Sisters.
